What is a Drop-Off Digital Photo Booth?

Our Drop-Off Digital Photo Booth is a self-service, interactive photo booth brought to your event by our team. We handle delivery, setup, and testing. Once it’s in place, it runs entirely on its own. After the event, we return to collect it, saving you the trouble of disassembly or return.

How Does It Work

STEP 1

Book and pay online:

  • Enter your contact information
  • Select your date and time
  • Choose your venue*
  • Add add-ons (optional)
  • Review and sign a contract
  • Pay the non-refundable booking fee of $150 to secure the date and time**
*Travel fees are applicable if your venue is located more than 45 miles away from downtown Austin.
**A refundable security deposit of $250 will be added for the equipment. This will be returned after the event, provided there is no damage to the equipment. Please review our contract regarding Equipment Damage.

STEP 2

Create a Client Account to manage your booking on the portal:

  • Approve the design of the Start screen and Photo overlay
  • Select a backdrop if applicable
  • Download your invoice
  • Pay the outstanding balance
  • Manage multiple bookings if applicable

Enjoy your event!

 

Meet our team at the agreed time and provide us with a designated indoor-only space. Our photo booth cannot be moved after our team leaves. Encourage your guests to use the digital photo booth to create beautiful memories together.

**The AI Booth, Vogue Booth, Paparazzi Booth, and other immersive experiences require an attendant and cannot be added to this package. To book any of these experiences, please get in touch with us.
